η μικρή κουκουβάγια – the little owl

We are a small permaculture project close to Argos, Peloponnese, Greece. Thanks to the previous owner, our 3000m2 land already gives us a lot of figs, oranges, pomegranates and grapes. We are dreaming of a food forest but we are just getting started, learning a lot about permaculture and regenerative agriculture. We plan to make our land a safe and beautiful place full of biodiversity.

April started with a beautiful spring party and we are grateful so many old and new friends could make it and join us for two days of cooking, playing games, taking care of little plants and dreaming of the future! Bitter oranges need more love and time than the sweet ones, but then... oh my! The flavors are so rich and intense! The garden is so full of life! Everything is growing fast now and the amount of biomass produced by the land day after day is impressive..! 🦎🌱🥬 Introducing our beautiful new friend who was hiding under an old piece of wood! Our simple joy of the day: hidden between a row of leeks and some very young broad beans, an old aubergine plant is growing new leaves.
